Unlawful act

• Assisted the subsidiary of an U.S. manufacturer of E-Bikes (in particular fat-bikes) in proceedings against a transport company of French origin for wrongful conduct by the transport company in refusing to deliver a load of e-bikes.

• Assisted a British manufacturer of generators who was wrongly held liable by a customer in the agricultural sector who claimed that the entire potato harvest was lost due to an alleged defect in the generators supplied.
