Pellicaan advised Groupe BHD on the acquisition of Printable

Groupe BHD has acquired 100% of the shares in Printable B.V.

We assisted Groupe BHD with this purchase. In this context, we provided legal due diligence and advised in the transaction phase. The French Groupe BHD designs, produces and installs technical fabric solutions for the protection of people and property in various sectors, including transport, construction and aviation. Printable, based in Barneveld, is a specialist in sustainable printing of technical fabrics. With the acquisition of Printable, Groupe BHD has the printing activities for technical fabrics in-house.
