Sanne de Graaff

Sanne de Graaff joined Pellicaan Advocaten in June 2016. She worked as a lawyer before from November 2012 until May 2016 at NautaDutilh, where she mainly focused on mergers and acquisitions as well as commercial litigation. She graduated from the master International Business Law at Tilburg University in 2012 and in 2010, she studied for six months at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

At Pellicaan, she focuses on business law in the broadest sense but mainly on mergers and acquisitions, commercial- and contract law as well as commercial litigation.

Sanne has registered the following legal area in the register of legal areas of the Dutch Bar Association:

• corporate law

This registration obliges her to obtain ten continous education points each calendar year in this registered area of law, according to the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
