Juriaan (J.A.J.A.) Maccow studied Dutch Law between 1990 and 1996 at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. Immediately after his studies he started work at Paardekooper & Hoffman, the predecessor of Mazars, as a lawyer in the field of Business Law. He has been employed as a lawyer at Pellicaan Advocaten since January 2002.
Juriaan has extensive experience in the field of Business Law, Company Law and Procedural Law in the broadest sense of the word, and specialises in supporting mergers and acquisitions, restructures, establishing joint-ventures and providing advice in the above fields. Within the framework of his work in the field of mergers and acquisitions, Juriaan has completed his specialist 'Corporate Transactions' training at the Grotius Academy.
Juriaan has registered the following legal area in the register of legal areas of the Dutch Bar Association:

This registration obliges him to obtain ten continous education points each calendar year in this registered area of law, according to the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
