Pellicaan Advocaten advised Unlimited Travel Group with recent acquisition Waterproof Expeditions B.V.

We assisted Unlimited Travel Group, Sweden’s largest listed travel and event group, with its recent acquisition of the Netherlands-based polar and expedition specialist Waterproof Expeditions B.V.

With this acquisition, Unlimited Travel Group strengthens its presence within expedition cruises through a more comprehensive offering, clear operational synergies and reduced seasonality within the segment.
