Martijn van der Meer has been working at Pellicaan Lawyers as a Paralegal since October 1, 2025. He completed his Bachelor of Law at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and in 2021 he spent a semester studying at the Faculty of Law of the Universidad de Deusto in Bilbao, Spain. He then obtained his Master’s degree in Private Law at the University of Amsterdam. For his thesis, he focused on goodwill compensation and post-contractual non-compete clauses in franchise and agency agreements.
Experience
During his studies, Martijn completed several student internships at (international) law firms and gained experience as a working student at Forvis Mazars and Pellicaan Lawyers.
At Pellicaan Lawyers, he primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions.
