• Conducted an inquiry proceeding on behalf of the founder and shareholder of a company active in the events industry regarding mismanagement within the company. The company was eventually demerged.

• Conducted an inquiry procedure on behalf of the owner and director of a large gym chain in connection with a conflict with the co-director and co-shareholder.

• Conducted an inquiry proceeding (“enquêteprocedure ”) on behalf of a shareholder regarding impasse in decision-making and mismanagement within a family business active in wood processing.
