Robert van der Hauw studied law (LLM) and history (MA) at the University of Amsterdam and international relations (MSc) at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Robert joined Pellicaan Advocaten in April 2020. He specializes in M&A transactions. Robert has ample experience in advising clients on M&A transactions, joint ventures, shareholders agreements and related corporate law issues. Before joining Pellicaan Advocaten Robert worked as M&A lawyer at the corporate and M&A practice of a large international law firm in Amsterdam.
In 2018 Robert successfully completed the postgraduate specialization program ‘Mergers and Acquisitions’ at the VU Law Academy.
In 2023 he successfully completed the postgraduate law program Company and Corporate law at the Grotius Academy.
Robert has registered the following legal area in the register of legal areas of the Dutch Bar Association:

This registration obliges him to obtain ten permanent education points each calendar year in this registered area of law, according to the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
