• We assisted the subsidiary of an U.S. company, active in the software industry, in a dispute with a Swiss interest organization for transport companies all over the world, regarding the alleged nonconformity of the software supplied by the subsidiary.

• Assisted one of the partners of a joint venture active in the development of distribution centers, among other things, in a conflict with the other joint venture partner over the breach of obligations in the joint venture agreement.

• Assisted a machine manufacturer in a dispute with an internationally operating food producer over the delivery date of a packaging machine designed specifically for the food producer.
