• Assisted an international investor active in the real estate and leisure industries, among others, in a dispute over the performance of a purchase agreement regarding the purchase of an amusement center.

• Assisted the former director-major shareholder of a company active in the development, production and sale of drones in a dispute with the new shareholder over an alleged breach of warranties.

• Represented an Eastern European media company and owner of several TV stations in an acquisition dispute regarding an alleged breach of warranties in the sale of a TV channel to a French media company.
