Yvonne Lagendijk

Yvonne (Y.) Lagendijk (1970) worked as a lawyer at Mazars Paardekooper Hoffman Accountants and Tax Advisers after studying at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. She has been employed as a lawyer at Pellicaan Advocaten since 2002.

Yvonne only deals with Employment Law and Public Servants Law, specialising in individual and collective Dismissal Law (reorganisations). In addition to this she specialises in Co-determination Law and the consequences to personnel levels when a company is transferred, whereby the problem area is often the policy for the harmonisation of employment terms and conditions.

She has successfully completed the specialist Employment Law training course at the Grotius Academy and is a member of both the National Association of Employment Law Lawyers (VAAN) and the Rotterdam division (VRAA). In addition, she also gives regular lectures on the topic of Employment Law, is published in magazines and is the author of the book 'Beëindiging Dienstverband juridische en fiscale gevolgen' [Terminating Employment – legal and fiscal consequences] (SDU).


Yvonne has registered the following legal area in the register of legal areas of the Dutch Bar Association:

  • Labour law

This registration obliges her to obtain ten continous education points each calendar year in this registered area of law, according to the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
