Xander (A.A.W.) Alders has been working at Pellicaan Advocaten since September 2006. He graduated at Maastricht University in Dutch Law (specializing in Corporate Law and Contract Law). After that, he also successfully completed a one-year Masters course in Tax Law at Maastricht University. The specific Maastricht University educational system has taught him to handle legal matters practically and efficiently and this still proves to be very useful in his day-to-day activities.
Xander is mainly involved in Corporate Law, including commercial contracts, Rent Law, Administrative Law and Privacy Law and he also has knowledge of Tax Law. He has a particular focus on the sectors Real Estate (with a specific interest in rent matters) and Not-for-profit. Mainly because of that the has an extensive knowledge and experience in the field of the Public and Semi-public Sector Senior Officials (Standard Remuneration) Act (WNT).
Xander also has a specific interest in Privacy Law and is a member of the Association Privacy Law.
Xander has registered the following legal area in the register of legal areas of the Dutch Bar Association:
- general practice
This registration obliges him to obtain ten continous education points each calendar year in this registered area of law, according to the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
