We advised House of Covebo on the acquisition of all shares in Verder in Techniek. Covebo is a major player in the field of staffing, recruitment and selection. For 20 years, it has been bringing together the demand for flexibility in the Dutch labour market and the supply of Dutch and foreign job seekers. Verder in Techniek is a training institute for CNC Operators and focuses mainly on retraining people. House of Covebo wants to strengthen and expand its training activities together with Verder in Techniek in order to serve existing and new clients in machining even better.
