Pellicaan advises Klinger Group on strategic acquisition in the Netherlands

Pellicaan Advocaten has successfully advised Klinger Group, an internationally operating family business headquartered in Austria, on the acquisition of Hadro Techniek B.V. This transaction strengthens Klinger's position in level measurement technology.

Klinger Group is active in more than 60 countries and is known as a leading supplier of industrial seals, fluid management systems and measurement and control technology. The acquisition of Hadro Techniek fits in with Klinger's ambition to further expand its technological expertise and market position.
