Pellicaan Advocaten acted as legal adviser to Flamingo Pet Products on its acquisition of Plenty Gifts (Ruijs Brothers).

Flamingo Pet Products, a market leader in the international distribution of pet products to specialist shops and retailers, has expanded its product portfolio with the acquisition of Ruijs Brothers B.V., operating under the name Plenty Gifts. The transaction enables Flamingo Pet Products to leverage its established international distribution network to accelerate sales of Plenty Gifts’ products.

For Plenty Gifts, becoming part of Flamingo Pet Products provides access to a wider customer base and new export markets, supporting further growth opportunities. This acquisition demonstrates Flamingo Pet Products’ and its shareholders’ ambition for future expansion.
