Pellicaan advised Sioen Industries on its acquisition of Contender Sailcloth

Pellicaan acted as legal advisor to Sioen Industries on its acquisition of Contender Sailcloth.

Sioen is a Belgium-based multinational company that operates in more than 30 countries with around 6,000 employees. Contender Sailcloth is known for its innovative sailcloth solutions and also operates worldwide with branches in Germany, Australia and the United States.

With this acquisition, Sioen brings Contender under a new division: Sioen Sailcloth Technologies. Sioen thus strengthens its position as a leading player in technical textile solutions worldwide.
