Acquisition of Kasteel de Hooge Vuursche

Pellicaan Advocaten advised the purchaser in connection with the acquisition of Kasteel de Hooge Vuursche and the associated operating company.

The transaction comprised both the acquisition of the historic real estate and the operational activities conducted on the estate. The castle, constructed around 1911 in an eclectic architectural style, now serves as a renovated and frequently used venue for events, meetings and overnight accommodations.
