Lianne Halls-Langedijk joined Pellicaan Advocaten on 1 September 2023 and has been practising and specialising in the field of employment law and temporary law since 2015. She has been an entrepreneur herself for eight years, including in the legal profession, and therefore knows what an entrepreneur encounters. She finds practical solutions to legal problems, keeping an eye on what moves people and brings them together (or, conversely, keeps them divided). This allows her to quickly get to the heart of the matter. Lianne prefers to communicate directly and informally with her clients.

Experience and working method
Since 2015, Lianne has been assisting temporary employment agencies/detachers in collective labour agreement audits and conducts preventive collective labour agreement screenings.
Lianne also regularly helps temporary employment agencies/detachers with the legal (re)organisation of the company, by drafting, for example, employment contracts, employment confirmations, assignment agreements, hirer forms and general terms and conditions.
She does not just throw this 'over the fence' at entrepreneurs. She also supports in setting up the payroll administration and work processes with, for example, flow charts, checklists and training so that it is usable for everyone. Clear and practical!
She also supervises NEN 4400 audits and helps with employment law issues such as illness, dismissal.
She did this from her law firm until September 2023 and from Pellicaan Advocaten since 1 September 2023.
