Julia de Haas began her career as a paralegal at Pellicaan Advocaten in Rotterdam on 1 January 2025. She was sworn in as an attorney on 6 February 2026. She successfully completed both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Dutch and Corporate Law, respectively, at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
Experience
During her studies, she gained valuable legal experience through an internship at a law firm. After completing her Master's degree, she joined the compliance and legal department of a staffing agency. In this role, she developed a strong interest in employment law and secondment employment, particularly issues relating to temporary staffing, flexible working arrangements, and labour relations. At Pellicaan Advocaten, she specialises in employment and flex law. She provides advice and representation on all aspects of the employment relationship, ranging from individual disputes to compliance matters within flexible employment structures.
