Deya Pollaert joined Pellicaan Advocaten in October 2022. She received her bachelor's degree in Dutch law from the Erasmus University Rotterdam. After her bachelor's, she successfully completed the master's in Employment Law at the University of Amsterdam.
Experience
During her studies, Deya gained relevant legal work experience. For instance, she worked as a legal advisor at Stichting Wetswinkel Delfland and did an internship. Deya developed an interest in employment law, in particular flex law, during her bachelor's degree. Her interest was mainly triggered by the topic of bogus self-employment.
Deya was sworn in as a lawyer on 25 August 2023. Within Pellicaan Advocaten, she focuses on labour law in the broadest sense of the word.
