Experience
Some of Caro's recent cases:
- Reviewing and adapting contract documents for the development of software on the basis of an Agile development method and negotiating those adaptations for an organisation active in the business services sector
- Caro assisted a (not for profit) aid agency by drawing up contract documents for the purchase of a number of (standard and custom) applications. Various aspects of the development of customised applications, licensing, implementation, maintenance and management were addressed.
- Advising a company whose systems were infected with ransomware through a hack; activities included: managing the cybersecurity incident, coordinating with various specialists involved and preparing and submitting the data breach notification to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
