Julia Jakobs has been working at Pellicaan Advocaten in Amsterdam since 1 August 2025, where she started her career as a Paralegal. On 25 February 2026, she was qualified as an attorney-at-law. She advises and assists both national and international employers on a broad range of employment law matters, including individual dismissals, performance-related issues, incapacity for work, reorganisations and employment aspects of corporate transactions.
Julia obtained her Master's degree in Employment Law and gained valuable legal experience during her studies through various positions within the legal profession. Her practice is characterised by a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach. She not only focuses on the legal aspects of a matter, but also takes into account the commercial and human interests involved.
