Alexander den Hollander

After completing his LLM in Leiden, Alexander started his career as barrister in 2004 with a top-tier Amsterdam law firm.

Alexander presently heads the corporate litigation practice. With a background in M&A, corporate law and tort law, Alexander advises and litigates on a variety of subjects enterprises deal with such as: preparing or terminating service level agreements, share holder issues, labour law litigation, director-, employer- and professional liability issues. He has extensive experience with both the execution of court orders and obtaining (preliminary) court orders e.g. to seize assets, often in the light of imminent bankruptcy.

Alexander has also extensive experience with conducting summary proceedings both before courts of first instance as before courts of appeal. In 2019 he finished the post-graduate Grotius Course “Liability Management For Entrepreneurs” (“Onderneming & Aansprakelijkheid”).

Alexander is member of the Association of Young Litigation Barristers and admitted to the Amsterdam and Netherlands Bar association.
